Hudson Quay 2, Middlesbrough - [Project News]

Hudson Quay 2 is the second phase office building at Middlehaven.

This is the second of 5 buildings to be developed by Terrace Hill at their Manhatten Gate project which forms part of the Tees Valley Regeneration 80 acre Middlehaven project which is a mixed use development rejuvenating the former docks adjacent to Middlesbrough's town centre.

The 38,500 sq. ft. building which is over 3 floors and incorporates a cafe/restaurant has been leased for 15 years by Middlesbrough Primary Care Trust.

The electrical installation includes Cat II lighting, fibre optic and telecom ducts to all areas.
