Veale-Nixon recruits apprentices every year, training them to our standards in order to maintain our quality of service in future years.

We are proud of our training record, having one apprentice to every three tradesmen. We are currently one of the largest employers of apprentices in the North East electrical contracting industry.

Loyalty is key to our success, of our site based operatives 55% served their apprenticeship with us and have been retained/wanted to stay with us going on to become electricians/approved electricians.

Ongoing training is available to those who show the ability for progression to higher technical, supervisory or managerial positions and the majority of our senior management have followed this path.
